  They are not good with their customer service do not go in the store they rush you to buy stuff then they kick you out if you buy nothing. Bad experience.

  One of the worst Co-Ops I have the misfortune of visiting and largely all because of the staff / staffing. It should be my go to stop off as I pass it too and from work, but it is just an unpleasant experience. Usually largely down to the ignorant staff. There is rarely anyone on the counter and customers are left to serve themselves on the self serve. There is no apparent queuing system for the self serve which leads to conflict not least because a large gondola is in the way of the two possible queues and eh. Which is great until the self serve tills stop for authorisation or if someone has a query. The thing that really annoys me is that one the occasion staff are on a till serving people it seems they value the self serve customers more than the person in front of them who they are interacting with. Staff will stop mid transaction with the person at the till to speak with the self serve customer and even wander off halfway serving someone to deal with a self serve till or check a price in store. Its just down right rude. To the point that I left my half checked out shopping and went to Tesco down the road.

  Has had a large swastika dawbed on the side of the shop for over a year. I complained to head office but all that happened was it was scribbled over but remains clearly visible.

  No choice but to use self service and when it was malfunctioning as it was large shop the man who was hovering by the tills scowled as it he had to come over and help. Surely self service is about choice not compulsory for a bigger shop.
