  Really bad. I want to order encounter because the signal is weak here which is extremely lag. And I went to the counter and asked “ excuse me!can I order here because the signal is weak.” And the rude stuff said,” go out of the window and order.” Why can’t you help me order by using your computer? Extremely disappointed.

  I visited Burger King Bury today for a quick lunch and was extremely disappointed by both the customer service and the quality of my order. The woman who served me was very rude from the beginning, despite my order being simple and only for two people. After placing my order, I was told that I would need to pay extra for mayonnaise, which was not an issue. However, while I was still speaking to her, she simply walked away to serve other customers and left me standing there without finishing the conversation. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm, polite, and respectful, despite the attitude I was receiving. After collecting my order and leaving the restaurant, I noticed that the fries I had paid extra to have topped with cheese and bacon contained neither cheese nor bacon. I returned to the counter and asked for the order to be corrected. Instead of replacing the item properly, the employee took my fries, transferred them into another box, and added only a tiny amount of cheese and very little bacon. It felt like my complaint was being dismissed rather than taken seriously. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that the job can be demanding. However, there is no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and providing customers with the items they have paid for should be the minimum standard. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time, and it has left me with a very negative impression of this Burger King restaurant.

  I was not expecting a 5 stars costumer service as this is a fast food chain but if I could rate it below 1 I would. The lady behind the counter was rude from the begging to the end not to mention our order came completely messed up and even after asking her for some missing items she was still in that mood.
