  An absolute shit show . Sent the wrong order to the wrong house … whilst I understand the use of using delivery drivers , you as a business have control ultimately and your shift managers shirk their responsibilities !! Sort it out with them but get it right for your customers !!!

  I love going here, it always tastes great, never a huge queue, staff keep it simple and seem to all know what their role is unlike a lot of other fast food places that all seem to run around like headless chickens.

  Five Guys at Milton Keynes Xscape is outrageously good at one thing: making you question why every burger joint isn’t this decent. The staff are brilliant, which is almost suspicious in itself — polite, fast, and actually seem to care, like they’ve accidentally wandered out of a customer service training video and into real life. The food is seriously tasty. Proper juicy burgers, loads of flavour, and none of that sad little “artisan” nonsense where you pay fourteen quid for a sandwich that looks like it’s been through a divorce. And the drinks choice is ridiculous in the best way — so many soft drinks options you could spend longer choosing your drink than some places spend making the burger. Then comes the fries. Massive portion. Absolutely stupid amount. You do not get a side of fries here — you get a crunchy, golden intervention. And yes, they’re cooked in peanut oil, which is exactly the sort of detail that makes you go, “Ah, so that’s why they taste like they mean it.
