  Had to announce myself in order to receive any customer service. The employee at the register would rather continue scrolling on their mobile phone.

  Cancelled my order and was sarcastically told to keep waiting in store for the next 7 days for my refund. So now I'm supposed to wait 7 days for a refund without any proof that my order has been cancelled. I will be making a complaint to head office regarding this dishonest shift manager.
