I can honestly say this was one of the best coffee shop experiences I’ve had in a long time. Casey was absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. She made the whole atmosphere feel warm and inviting, and her customer service was genuinely exceptional.
The coffee was spot on and beautifully made, and Casey’s positive attitude really stood out. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in her work. It’s little touches like that which make people want to come back again and again.
A huge credit to Esquires Coffee — I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fantastic coffee and outstanding service!

I had such a fantastic experience at Esquires Coffee thanks to Casey! From the moment I walked in, Casey was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The customer service was genuinely outstanding — warm, attentive, and full of positive energy.
The coffee was absolutely perfect, made with real care and attention to detail, and you can tell Casey takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to come across someone who can completely brighten your day with both amazing service and a great atmosphere.
Esquires Coffee is lucky to have someone like Casey on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this café to anyone looking for excellent coffee and exceptional customer service!

Unfortunately this time we had rude service and bad food. My muffin on my eggs Benedict was hard like it had been toasted a few times or stale. I couldn't cut it and so I took it back (we didn't get a table check back) and the staff didn't acknowledge me until I spoke even there I was stood there with food. I spoke to the chef, just asked if I could have a new muffin and the eggs put onto it. He didn't apologise and wasn't happy that he would have to remake it. He slammed the food into the bin. My friends sandwich too was incorrect and so this was remade but again no apology from the chef until later. Maybe he was having a bad day. The second time my muffin was perfect and he did seem better when he brought it to the table. Coffee was lovely and the blonde member of staff at the till asked if I was ok, seems she sensed the situation. Its a shame as coffee and pastries are tasty but now I don't think I would recommend this place to others for food at least.
Got egg royal, was close to perfect, warm staff, served fast, owner came over and asked how the egg royal was, he makes it himself, had a chat lovely guy, atmosphere was all that i would want from a coffee and fag, and im not even a cafe fag

The café equivalent of a well-cut blazer: smart, comfortable, and quietly doing everything right. The coffee won’t send you spiralling into tasting-note poetry, but it’s reliably good—smooth, unfussy, and exactly what you want in your cup rather than your diary.
The soundtrack deserves a medal for restraint: present enough to give the place a pulse, absent enough that you can actually hear your companion’s punchlines. Staff strike that rare balance between attentive and unhovery—like caffeine-savvy ninjas who appear just when needed. And the working conditions must be reasonable as they appear to retain staff which helps a great deal when it comes to serving the regulars.
Then there’s the food. A generous parade of cakes and savoury bits, with proper consideration for vegan options that don’t feel like an afterthought. Lunch is a strong showing too—fresh, made on-site, and priced sensibly for Gerrards Cross (which is no small feat). Best of all, it arrives promptly, so your coffee doesn’t die a slow, lukewarm death while you wait.
In short: not trying to be the coolest café in the room—and all the better for it.
