Our Chicken Fillet Burgers, whether it's Traditional, Fillet of Fire or Double Ringer, are just that - all tender chicken breast hand prepared and cooked the way only Favorite can. The same for our Crispy Fillet Strips & Chicken Poppas, whole pieces of chicken breast, not minced, not processed, just natural succulent chicken.
Favorite Fries are pure potato, blanched in sunflower oil and all Favorite cooking oils are free from harmful trans fats.
In 1998 Favorite was the first UK food chain to declare a "GM Free Zone".

- DADominion AnaMar 7, 20263.0I have ordered food from Favorite Chicken in Chesham many times, which is why this experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor and the staff were not friendly. They did not seem interested in helping customers and the overall service felt rushed and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. As someone who orders from here quite often, I expected much better customer service and a more positive attitude from the staff. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.

The second time I went to order a few weeks later I wanted a spicy chicken burger and again I was told they didn't have any! I thought what is going on in this place? I had to go here again last week as my preferred takeaway was closed. This visit was a bit more successful for me as I ordered a spicy chicken burger which I got, (although it was not very warm) While my order was being prepared another customer came in and ordered the same burger as me but he was told that they didn't have any! Basically what the issue is/was is that they can't be bothered to cook fresh to order so that when the food in the hot cabinet runs out in the evening they fob you off! Also they leave the door open on the hot cabinet (see photo) and I also wonder how long they keep food in there for. If you do go here you should insist that they cook the food fresh for you. Also the guy that handles the cash also handles the burger buns without washing his hands.
