  Disappointed with the bang bang cauliflower and katse udon with tofu. Tastless took long time for the starters to come. Nobody came to ask if we there were any issues with the food. Just not worth the time and money. Such a shame !!

  Food was delicious chicken firecracker was so good today. The edamame was so nice too. The staff are amazing and so friendly and accommodating. Service was very fast .

  I’ve visited many Wagamama branches, but the service at this one is truly phenomenal. The team works long hours and is constantly on their feet, yet they always greet customers with a genuine smile. A special mention to Kai and Hayley, who consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. I have great respect for restaurant staff in general, but what stands out at this branch is their attitude—they never complain, never avoid customers, and always remain warm and welcoming. Even when I arrive late after a long day of work, the team continues to provide the same high level of hospitality without hesitation. What makes this even more special is that, unlike many other restaurants that actively ask for reviews, this team doesn’t—they’ve earned their praise completely on their own through genuine service. Kai and Hayley really understand what quality service looks like, and the entire team deserves recognition. Hats off to all of you!
