Staff unhelpful. Never have sufficient stock in store and had a terrible experience at the fuel station where a faulty tyre inflation system deflated my tyres and staff response was not their problem.

Went shopping today 8 October, as I was leaving myself and other customers stepped in human faeces inside the store whilst staff just looked on and didn't even warn people about it or cover it. Absolutely shocking will never use this store again & I've been using it since it opened. Disgraceful, disgusting totally unacceptable.

Had a coffee and a Breakfast bap. They served it the sausages weren't cooked enough the bacon was two tail ends of streaky bacon. Took it back to the counter what they done was cooked it a bit more and re served it. I started eating it and it was awful it started falling apart the roll seemed as it was not a fresh roll as it was collapsing when I started eating it. I did not finish it total waste of money.

The shop itself is amazing has everything you would need and staff are kind and friendly. However, I had came in for a meal at the Cafe which was amazing and used the toilet just before my food arrived to walk into a disgusting odour, toilet roll all over the floor and tissue with blood down the side of the toilet on the floor. I was put off my food which was really upsetting because the food is delicious but the toilet cleanliness needs an upgrade because this hasn't been the only time i've walked into them toilets and experienced similar.
