  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Tesco store. I was given the wrong change, and instead of fixing the mistake, the staff were rude and completely unprofessional. I raised the issue politely, but it was brushed off, and I ended up out of pocket because of their error. This isn’t just poor service—it feels like customers are being taken advantage of. Because of this, I will be cancelling all my Clubcard accounts and stopping my regular deliveries, which I’ve been using consistently until now. I’ll also be sharing this experience with others so they’re aware of how customers are treated here. I expect honesty and basic respect when spending my money, and this store failed on both counts.

  Don't eat the olives!!! Covered in yellow spots and obviously gone off. When I tried to return it the staff member very rudely declined my request. Poor food standards and even poorer customer service.

  Was in a few weeks ago and had was helped by someone, think her name was Zara/Zahra (sorry I don't know the spelling haha) and she was very helpful when picking out a suitable card for a friends birthday. Very nice to talk to! Wish there was more of a card selection though!
