  Received very rude customer service from an older lady with brown hair - wouldn’t usually write a review but her abrasiveness extremely was unnecessary. Positioned herself right up behind me with a trolley to stack shelves, I stepped back - unaware that she was there. I apologised and was met with a sour face, clearly very angry even though she’d approached me and placed her trolley there, knowing there was not enough room. Clearly hates her job (anyone would think she’s getting paid) and redirects onto everyone else - it’s a shame because the rest of the staff in there are lovely. A smile goes a long way - you don’t know what people walking through the doors are going through - just be nice person!

  Just popped in for a couple of items and didn't realise it was mainly self-service, was having difficulty finding bananas on the screen, asked for assistance. The Assistant was very rude, begrudgingly found them and barked at me that I needed to put in my card details..Won't be using the store again..Will be going to the Co-op..

  Local shop owner who frequently uses this store, Who on earth employs the staff! Customers are a nucience ! wo betide you want to be served at the counter by a member of staff for alcohol, and they have to come off their mobile phones to serve you! Awful store.
