  Local shop for bits needed, about 20m up the road from me. There's a young lady who works in the day time usually (on till or organising stock) who is always very pleasant and super helpful, willing to go above and beyond to help people out :) security guard is also very friendly and chatty

  Is this Tesco ever actually open?????? Every time I walk up there it’s shut at random times during the day. Just go to the co op up the road I know where I stand with them always open at their advertised opening times

  Get there to find out it is closed with no warning before for people. Staff constantly follow people around but do nothing when there is an active shop lifter in the store when you can actually go

  Have to stand around waiting for ages before anyone will come to the tills and serve you. Goods are over priced. Often items are mislabeled. Having to use a clubcard to buy items at a normal price is infuriating. If you forget it then the cost is extremely expensive

  I can easily say that 90% of the staff are super helpful and go above and beyond but there is one particular member of staff who is a middle aged woman who has short black curly hair who is the worst worker I have ever seen in any supermarket chain. She always consistently refuses to pack my groceries despite me asking her to assist claiming (I'm a big boy I can pack my own). She is single handidly bringing down the reputation of the Tesco brand in this branch. I'd love to discuss this further with the complaints team as I am over the numerous times she has chosen to single me out and refuse to pack my groceries.
