Really disappointed with the staff at this Tesco. After paying for my groceries, I was moving items into my trolley because the bagging area was too small. A member of staff aggressively accused me of stealing and continued shouting at me even after I explained that I had paid. I showed him my receipt, which confirmed everything was paid for. He simply said, “You’re good,” and walked away without apologising. I understand staff need to prevent theft, but there is a respectful way to approach customers. The way I was treated was completely unnecessary and very upsetting.

Patys būtiniausi produktai kasdienai. Tiesa, vakare jau tuštokos kai kurių, pvz. kepinių, vaisių, produktų lentynos.

Terrible staff! I've been a regular for a year since I used to work in the area. I've witnessed staff discriminate against disabled customers rightly using the disabled parking space with their blue badge on multiple occasions. The lady with the curly hair, specifically, needs to get sacked. Disgusting behaviour!

I want to share my extreme disappointment with Sue in this store. I have a restaurant in Clifton and we have been customers for 7 years. We buy some things from there, but this woman always makes a problem. She wants us to leave one of the things we buy for me. This is crazy. The product is for sale, it doesn't matter who buys it. And a few days ago she told me that I don't have the right to shop before talking to a manager. Please pay attention to your staff. This is unacceptable. I didn't steal. Very humiliating, apparently customers are not that important to you.
