  Terrible staff! I've been a regular for a year since I used to work in the area. I've witnessed staff discriminate against disabled customers rightly using the disabled parking space with their blue badge on multiple occasions. The lady with the curly hair, specifically, needs to get sacked. Disgusting behaviour!

  I want to share my extreme disappointment with Sue in this store. I have a restaurant in Clifton and we have been customers for 7 years. We buy some things from there, but this woman always makes a problem. She wants us to leave one of the things we buy for me. This is crazy. The product is for sale, it doesn't matter who buys it. And a few days ago she told me that I don't have the right to shop before talking to a manager. Please pay attention to your staff. This is unacceptable. I didn't steal. Very humiliating,apparently customers are not that important to you.

  Refuse to serve you in person unless you're gambling or buying cigarettes, but then don't service the self checkout so you're waiting for ages, wouldn't recommend

  I’ve lived in the UK for three years, and this is the first time I’ve felt so uncomfortable in a supermarket. When I approached the checkout at Tesco, the cashier immediately asked to look inside my personal bag without any explanation. Her attitude was unprofessional—no apology, no explanation, just suspicion. I understand the need for loss prevention, but staff should communicate respectfully and professionally. This experience left me feeling unfairly treated.
