  Very disappointed with my recent experience using the Pay at Pump service. The payment was taken from my card, but no fuel was dispensed. When I went inside to ask for help, the staff were dismissive and made me feel as though the issue was my fault, rather than taking the time to properly look into what had happened. It was frustrating to be treated as if I was being unreasonable, when I was simply trying to resolve a genuine problem. I am now having to chase a refund, which is inconvenient and time consuming. I hope this issue is resolved quickly and that customer service improves to prevent this happening to others.

  This place has THE rudest staff who seem more interested in chatting than serving customers. A red haired female who failed to switch in the pump and a large guy who eventually realised people were queuing both need a rocket up their backsides. Was left standing on the pump for ages and had to resort to going up to the window to attract attention... When I was eventually served after waiting in a lengthy queue I asked a perfectly civil question of the large guy which was met with the rudest response. No such thing as customer service here.... Only cheap Esso fuel and expensive Tesco prices for groceries. Avoid filling up here unless you wanna be left standing like a lemon in sub-zero temperatures!
