  I’ve been to this Subway a few times now, and the service is always excellent. A special mention to Nas, he’s a genuinely great guy to talk to, always friendly and welcoming, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is spot on. He’s very complimentary and creates a really positive atmosphere. Overall, it’s a fantastic Subway with great customer service, and I’d definitely recommend it!

  Very poor customer service. I ordered a Steak Footlong, but there was barely any steak inside – just one spoonful and a small amount added by hand. The portion size was far below what I expected. The prices at this branch were also higher than other Subway stores, yet the quality and quantity were much worse. I was told the customer toilet was "broken" and could not be used, but I saw staff members using it during my visit. To make matters worse, they only put 2 slices of cheese in a 12-inch Footlong sandwich. Overall, very disappointing experience. Poor value for money and not a customer-friendly service. I would not recommend this branch.

  Employes seemed very stressed, and refused to put more than a very small amount of salad in the sandwich, staff seem to have very little support I always walk in to see an unmaned counter with staff being too preocupied with chores to offer service.
