    Dana is the most professional and kind hearted and extremely polite customer at the branch. Someone who is this great with customer service deserves to be recognised.

    I had a great experience at this Subway restaurant. Dana, who works there, was very friendly, kind, and professional. She provided excellent customer service and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Dana, for the outstanding service. I will definitely come back again!

    The worst subway experience I've ever had, they consistently forget items you pay for, its impossible to contact the store unless you physically go inside, no customer service skills at all, rude, unprofessional and unhygienic, I'll be taking this further since the store refuse to cooperate and speak to me.

    Be extra careful about communicating food allergies: I asked twice for a black coffee, explaining "no milk, I'm allergic to milk" repeatedly. I discovered after leaving that I'd been given a latte with milk. I expect they are trying their best, but you may want to confirm that your order has been understood before proceeding. Some seating is roped off — so the place gets more cramped than it needs to be at peak hours. Otherwise, basically an acceptable Subway. Nice, caloric sandwiches (sometimes quite stale though). Good cookies.

    Came here for a quick bite after a trip to A&E. As you can imagine me and my partner were feeling quite tender - spent 5 hours waiting for a particularly scary prognosis (all is well) As we came in, it looked as though they were closing up so we asked if they were still open, and the woman behind the counter informed us that they were. We then began to order. My partner got a meatball marinara sandwich, which immediately had cheese put on, and put in the oven without her asking my partner if she wanted either of those things. The entire time the woman was very blunt, not really answering any of our questions, and sometimes outright ignoring them. My partner asked what sauces they had and instead of answering she just immediately started putting mayo on?? When we came to pay, there was no bag offered and our sandwiches were shoved to us without a thank you. I understand people have bad days but i have worked primarily hospitality and retail my whole life and even on my darkest days i never forgot my manner, it’s just a part of the job man. This isn’t a massive issue, and the food tasted lovely, so kudos for that, but if you expect a kind and friendly experience then maybe give this one a miss (or get it on Uber if you swing that way) thanks x
