  Nick who I believe is a manager in training had unprecedented charisma and really championed the till - gave some really impactful customer service that is very hard to come by these days , never been too keen on 5 guys but will be sure to visit again !

  The burger was tasty, fresh and filling, with plenty of toppings and a good amount of beef. The restaurant was clean and the food came out quickly. The fries were decent, although £4.75 felt a little expensive for what they were, and I was slightly disappointed that no ketchup was provided. Overall, still a solid meal and I’d come back for the burger.

  Was absolutely terrifying but delicious, I think I'll stick to just the one guy next time, I was sore all night with the heavy meat sold here

  I turned up here having accidentally ordered online for collection from a different branch. I thought it was going to be a problem but the staff behind the counter sorted it out for me with no fuss and had me on my way, food in hand, in a few minutes. Top marks for service!

  Please tell me the point in just throwing the cups Upside down in a bag with 2 people sharing. How do we know whose chips is who’s and the quantity each one has. It’s not hard to at least place the cup remotely upwards when paying such a price for food. Instead the lady with the glasses decided she couldn’t be bothered and just put the cups in the bag upside down then decided to put the chips in. Seems backwards to me. Chips stone cold. Burger was mushy but decent.
