  Maria was very friendly, caring and helpful, really appreciated her customer service! The bacon cheeseburger was quite good and so were the chips, although most of them were burnt unfortunately (probably due to old oil being used).

  We've all got our guilty junk food pleasure and this one's mine. Overall recommended. Food: Decent. I haven't found a single good beef hot dog place in bristol (not talking about cheap fast food hot dog, talking about the type of thing Firewood Grill and Gelato used to serve before it closed), this is the second best thing I guess. Atmosphere: Exactly what you expect from a fast food place, no more no less. It's alright. Service: Now that's the exceptional bit. All the people who work here are incredible; quick, efficient and kind. But special thanks to Maria Hilda for going above and beyond, really made my day.

  Would have been more stars if the rewards had worked, my account said I qualified for free fries if I bought a burger, which I did but they're was no way to add the fries.

  The place is very clean even the kitchen area, the staff are very nice and friendly especially aneta she have a high level customer service.
