  This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant in my whole life. We booked a table for 8pm and arrived promptly, there was a massive queue outside the restaurant so we were waiting in the cold wondering what was going on. We realised there was a party of 10 who hadn't booked who were given priority whilst we waited for 25 minutes in the cold alongside other customers who had also booked. We were not seated until 8:30 despite having a table booked for 8. Whilst this was going on, the manager Dolly Awosiyan was running around like a headless chicken, not really knowing what to do or what was going on, he looked like he had never worked in hospitality in his life, it was literally like a comedy sketch. When the food finally arrived after an hour, more than half of our dishes were ice cold, one order was incorrect and one didn't even turn up at all. We asked for the food to be reheated and it was bought back in exactly the same condition, if not colder, than it was before we sent it out. The server said 'do you want us to put it in the microwave for you' which is not what you want to hear when you are paying £16 for a main meal. We ordered some drinks, which took 30 minutes to arrive despite all being the same order. The waitress claimed the restaurant was busy and thats why it was slow, yet she didn't seem in a hurry when she spent 20 minutes chatting to her friend on a nearby table surrounded by empty tables?! In the end we decided that because all the food was returned to us cold, orders were wrong, drinks didn't arrive and the service was slow we left and got a takeaway at home. To top it all off, the restaurant is a mess full of dirty tables that seem to be forgotten about and the toilets are covered in toilet roll all over the floor. Will never be returning again.

  6 of us went for a 3 course meal the food was Lovely and service was fast and efficient.
