  your app and website doesnt work. made an order and the payment was taken.. while the site crashed and didnt get any confirmation. and your customer service isnt available???

  Can’t understand a word of English so constantly getting order wrong how can you have a job when you can’t understand anything sorry but that’s a joke you making it frustrating everytime I order as everytime I order you get everything wrong 😑 even to the point you only gave me 2 cookies when the box clearly says 4 when tried to explain you didn’t know what I was saying dumb stuff like that annoying

  Ordered from here, paid £35 to never even recieve my order. Had a phone call saying no drivers were available at the moment so I’ll have to wait but it never arrived. Never got a refund either.

  Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered through Just Eat with a dominos delivery driver. They never showed up to my house - I know as I sit by my front window working from home and not a single vehicle or person showed up. No attempt to ring doorbell. When I called to get an update on my late order, they told me this and then refused to deliver. Told me I would have to come to the store (I’m disabled and don’t drive). Absolutely avoid this location and only order from the central location.
