  Unfortunately the last few times I’ve ordered my food has been incorrect, multiple toppings missing from my order and not the right dip provided. Happy if it happens once in a while but my last 3 orders, something has been missing

  Worst Dominos in the UK by a longshot service absolutely terrible there is a lady in there who is awfully racist she wouldn’t take my order over the phone that was okay. I came to the store then she said she couldn’t take my order because the pizza contains an ingredient. I am allergic to then I proved to her that the pizza did not contain it. She agreed but still wouldn’t take my order.

  Every time I come to this Domino’s, there’s a ridiculous wait just to place an order, and the card machine is constantly having issues. The first time I went, after finally taking my order, I was made to wait around 30 minutes while the card machine charged before I could even pay. The second time, I waited around 15 minutes, only to be told that they couldn’t take my order because the card machine wasn’t working. On top of this, the same member of staff was there both times and was extremely unprofessional. There was no empathy or effort to help, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in the inconvenience being caused to customers. It’s incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. The service and organisation really need to improve.
