  On Saturday, 3 July 2026, at around 11:54 a.m., I visited your store to buy a vape product. The vape products were displayed on the checkout counter, so I was standing there looking at the different options and checking the prices. There was a female employee working at the checkout. As soon as she saw me, she appeared to pretend that she was on the phone. I greeted her by saying Hello but she completely ignored me. While I was looking at the vape products on the checkout counter, I heard her say that my skin color is black. From her tone, facial expressions, and the way she looked at me, it was clear that she was referring to me. I found this comment inappropriate and offensive. When I finished my purchase and said, “Thank you,” she immediately put her phone down, which made me feel that she had not actually been on a call and had simply been ignoring me. This experience left me feeling upset and disappointed. What made it even more disappointing is that this does not reflect the service I usually receive in your store. Most of your staff are very friendly and respectful, especially one gentleman who is always kind and welcoming to both me and my wife. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and investigate what happened. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race or skin color. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that no other customer has a similar experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.

  Great little local shop with a surprisingly good range of stuff. I lived round the corner for 7 years and the staff were an absolute delight; unfailingly friendly.

  Not open when they say they are. Stuff is very overpriced and there is a £5 minimum in card. Keep an eye out for sell-by dates as well, a lot of stuff is either out of date or about to be out of date, or things being sold from multipacks that shouldn’t be. All in all not great.
