    Food was normal but half the machines were broken, half the areas closed off and everything messy. Staff were rude and unhelpful and everything is way too expensive nowadays. Might as well just go to Five Guys.

    Terrible customer service experience. Was first in the cue, the person behind the till didn’t even acknowledge me, delivery drivers come in and goes to them before a walk-in customer. Need some re-training and learn some manners.

    The sauce monster made my burger and didn’t even offer me a hit of whatever he was smoking. Needed it desperately as the toilets smelt like an aquarium and probably gave me cholera.
