  Drive thru takes hours. The furthest away from "fast food" you can get. Have given it a try every year to see if it improves. It never does.

  Ordering was absolutely ridiculous, the woman could not understand a word of what we're asking for and got our order wrong multiple times, she then made us go to the window instead of speaking at the order point and then wouldn't provide us with a menu meaning we couldn't see what we wanted, she rolled her eyes at us multiple times because she couldn't understand us (I am in no way racist or against people working and living here but her English was awful and she spoke so fast it was impossible to know what she was saying) she couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand her either. It would be a lot easier to have someone who speaks the language better and is more polite on the order windows. She has zero customer service skills and was extremely rude! Servers name was - Aslambhai (6782)

  Don't bother. Stood in a long que again today, only wanted order takeaway coffee. 20 minutes later still waiting in same que which hadn't moved , same number of people in front of me. Same thing happened 2 days earlier. Both times walked out. Shit customer service, shit place. Don't bother, go McDonald's round corner instead.

  Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Manager Colby for making our visit even more memorable with such professional and friendly hospitality. You can really see the care and effort put into both the food and customer experience. Definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve visited highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!
