  App not working to order, restaurant is closed for refurbishment. Service at drive through can't recognise or accept app orders. Poor experience.

  “I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic manners when speaking to customers. Their attitude was poor throughout the interaction, making me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope management addresses these issues and provides better staff training.”

  Alex in the drivethrough gave excellent customer service, his personality shone through and he made our day with just how nice he was!

  Food was excellent and exactly what I was expecting. The restaurant was very tidy and I was pleased to eat in there. The staff member behind the counter (Maddison) was very helpful and polite aswell. I would definitely recommend stopping by to anyone!

  Where does one even start to begin in explaining how pleasant and enjoyable mine and my friend’s experience was in Burger King Eastgate. Upon arriving to the establishment we were met with luscious greenery and grand architecture, the drive through entrance was well kept and a delight to the eyes, supporting two lanes of traffic one for parking and the other for the drive through. The order screens were clean and hygienic along with the kitchen area. Service was swift and undertaken with a smile and sense of commitment to customer satisfaction. The seating area was clean and polished, seating choice was bountiful and diverse, family seating tables, couples tables and bar style tables which looked upon the greenery aforementioned. Overall this was an amazing experience and I commend this Burger Kingunreservedly.
