  I’d give it no stars if I could and in all honestly I’ve never been to such a terrible fast food outlet. Waited 15 mins to be served one man serving and putting orders through, and one women “cooking” I had a double whopper with bacon and it was absolutely vile, chewy , burger had no taste at all.( and I visit burger kind alot, this is absolutely not their usual standard) bacon was wet and soggy! Dripping with old smelly oil. I honestly think it had been done in the microwave, I went upto the team leader and said how absolutely terrible it was and that id like a refund. He did not even acknowledge me! Wouldn’t even look at me! Taping away to sort the refund, worst place I think I ever visited. Just terrible

  The service was utterly awful to the point I HAVE to make a review. Order was taken completely wrong and when my boyfriend asked for it to be remade, he was told to ‘ask for it’ because apparently saying yes to being remade was not enough? They remade it but got it wrong again and just to add the place was filthy, rubbish left on tables and bin completely full.

  Waited ages, stone cold chips, stone cold burger and cups that smell of diesel. Worst place ever.

  The service in this brunch is terrible. I waited nearly 20mins for my meal. And the staff keep making mistakes. I do not mean to be offensive but the experience was so annoying.
