  basically what happen is I went to the shop and take the order but the manager Kieran did the wrong order and he said he heard what he heard, he didn’t take any wrong order. even if I say wrong order or if I did something wrong, you can still ask me to confirm the order? But Kieran didn’t confirm it? Keeping say he heard what he heard? Or he still can change it easily because it just order for a meal or without meal. That is very easy thing can solve it out. But he didn’t , he just went away ? How he can be a manager over there. Unbelievable ! I know this complain doesn’t make any difference, but I really want let all customers know how he can be a manager there?
