I’ve been using this greggs for 4 years as I work in the retail park and on many occasions he’s made me feel really uncomfortable but today was the last straw. I went to use my free sandwich and I ordered a Bacon and omelette baguette from the nice girl and he interrupted very rudely and said “she can have bacon or omelette not both” when the website clearly states I can have what I ordered. There is way more to this story but for the sake of review readers I won’t babble on.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
