- DCDarren Calderwood4 days ago1.0I hate to leave bad reviews but I am really annoyed and disappointed with the level of service I have received. 1st of all my account was charged twice for 1 transaction on the Monday and its now Friday and I have not got the money back yet. Apparently a ghost took it. (Ghost transaction). Then I go back in on the Friday 2nd October to buy vapes. I am told I cant buy them for my girlfriend, i presume he thinks im buying them for someone underage. I then had to go back in with said girlfriend so she can buy them herself. I said to the lad behind the counter he should ask her age which he didnt. He then argued with me and told me I was rude for pointing. I have also found that some of the younger staff are always talking to each other. The level of customer service is shocking. I maybe shouldn't have pionted and reacted the way I did but I had had a bad day at work and was very stressed. He just added to my stress more.
