  It was so busy today! The staff are always friendly, the selection of products is actually almost as good as a superstore. My Dad loves the Finest trifles

  Most of the staff are absolutely great and helpful and the store is well layed out. One member of staff - Abbas - was quite rude and when im checking out just chatting non stop to his co worker - Max - breaking off scaning my items to talk about restaurants in leeds and then im waiting to scan clubcard and is still talking, not paying attention. Then im waiting for a receipt which he asked if I wanted, I said yes and waiting 20 seconds before he pressed print on the computer to get it as he was chatting still to his co-worker. Very disappointed with this customer service.

  Always ordered a whoosh from here and when delivered gave my d.o.b and signed today I ordered and the bloke wanted a picture of my driving licence so I said no so he has taken the order back who in there right mind would let some random driver take a pic of your driving licence or passport in this day and age leaving you wide open to fraud and they won't refund me for 5 days I will never shop here again
