  Disappointing customer service at this Tesco store. On several visits, I have found some checkout staff to be unfriendly and lacking basic courtesy. Simple things such as greeting customers, saying “please” and “thank you”, or even telling customers their total amount seem to be overlooked. I understand retail can be a busy and demanding environment, but good customer service costs nothing and makes a big difference to the shopping experience. Interactions often feel rushed and impersonal, leaving customers feeling unappreciated. I hope management takes this feedback on board and provides additional customer service training to ensure all customers receive a polite and professional experience.

  There was no baby oil and cucumbers or orbegene and no play dolls all out of stock

  Friendly staff. Manager is miserable. Prices are expensive. Only buy odd things now. Shop mostly at aldi or lidle now 🤔
