  Food - very upset - just look at the pictures! Service - Unfortunately service was a low score due to abrupt and rash behaviour when interacting with me. A smile could definitely go a long way. Atmosphere- Good Ambience, shared seating for other establishments too as it in the food court at the Broadway Centre. Music in the background - could be annoying / or relaxing.

  Definitely will not be going to this subway again. I visit different Subway locations almost every day and never had issues like this before. It was hard to communicate with the employee. I asked for hot marinara sauce, but she kept saying it’s “the same” as cold sauce in a toasted sandwich. I understand, but I simply don’t like the cold sauce and I am paying for it so what’s the problem to do it the way I like? I also asked for Doritos in my sandwich, as I always do, but I was charged for a small bag as if I was buying it separately. At other Subways they just add it in without extra charge. In the end I paid almost £8 for a very simple sandwich with just cheese and vegetables.

  The manager shaz was very rude while ordering….I asked them for something while I was queuing up and they agreed that it would fine. When I got to the till she charged me extra and said that’s just how it is even though I was replacing an item then she continued to speak in a rude tone. Also the jacket potato wasn’t even fully heated up what a waste of £7
