Staff can be rude, seem angry when taking orders and you feel like your fingers will be bitten off. Staff can be quite snappy, even at quiet times to focus more on gossiping. Enter at your own risk! I stay polite, but one day someone will snap back! Advice for the staff, give customers a chance to speak and interact with you. Mistakes happen.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
