  Ordered via domino’s app. One pizza was a margarita despite it saying the pepperoni we ordered on the box. Told we had to send it back to get the right one sent out. Decided to keep it as kids were starving. Other pizza was a veggie but it was so wet and sloppy. Ordered Frank’s chicken wings as well, cheap fatty chicken wings and box dripping in sauce. Tried a couple and the rest in the bin. Reminded us why we don’t bother with domino’s, Pizza Hut much better

  They have repeatedly got orders wrong, despite my having insisted that they read the order back and confirmed. Four times out of the most recent five have been wrong, wrong toppings, wrong crust, and in one case a section of crust was completely missing. They used to be my favourite Dominos but something has changed and now it’s just chaos every time I visit. I also witnessed them lie to a customer on the phone: blaming missed items on a new driver when they hadn’t actually made them. It’s sad to see how bad it’s got…
