Workers on phones and not friendly had a few dirty looks from them while I’m just shopping not sure why. Doesn’t make a nice shopping experience

Phoned the store because I had lost something. The phone just ringing off. Still waiting for it to be answered

5/5 – Big Tesco Extra at The Meadows Tesco Extra Sandhurst at The Meadows (Marshall Road, GU47 0FD) is the large supermarket people from the Farnborough / Camberley / Sandhurst area use. Proper big store with pretty much everything in one place. What they’ve got: • Full grocery shop (fresh, frozen, bakery, meat, fish, hot deli, YO! Sushi) • F&F clothing • Tesco Café plus Costa • In-store pharmacy • Petrol station • Large car park with Blue Badge bays • EV charging • Hand car wash / jet wash • Click & Collect and Scan as you Shop • Travel money • Tesco Mobile • Timpson (keys, repairs, photo) • Vision Express • Photo booth / Max photo • National Lottery • ATM, coin machine, bill payments • Recycling (batteries, soft plastics) • Toilets, baby change, Changing Places toilet • Wi-Fi Store hours are roughly 6am–midnight Mon–Sat and 10am–4pm Sunday (petrol, café and pharmacy close earlier). Parking is big and free while you shop, though it can get busy at weekends. Good one-stop shop if you want a big store rather than a small Express.

I used self scan and scanned all. Staff who scanned was ok. But the scanner didn't work do he had scan some items 3-4 times again and again. Then I got sliced cooked meats Which was on offer if buy 2. But accidentally scanned same item twice even the price was the same and both products was on same offer. So guy had to scan then all because of that. Waste of time! Staff could be more proactive and able recognize stealing from mistake. Not really time saving by doing self scan. Next time will go to cashier so items will be scanned once not 4-5 times!

I visited the shop today at around 9:45pm, and one of the security guards physically touched me to stop me from entering. I found this extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. The shop was not even closed at the time, and instead of simply speaking to me and explaining why I couldn’t enter, the security guard chose to physically stop me. I also found his behaviour and the way he was smiling quite intimidating and inappropriate. I understand that security staff have a job to do, but customers should not be touched unnecessarily. A simple explanation would have been enough. Unfortunately, communication was also difficult as the security guards did not speak very good English. I would appreciate it if this incident could be looked into and if the security staff could be reminded that customers should be treated respectfully and that physical contact
