    Two toasted sandwiches were ordered via Just Eat. Both were prepared straight away. One hour later and still awaiting pickup. Staff in the branch were unhelpful when we called and simply blamed Just Eat. They refused to make the food again when we complained it would not be fresh. No manager was available to speak to. They then put the phone down and failed to answer further calls. When delivered both were soggy and unappealing.

    I placed an order through Deliveroo, which was accepted. I waited for 2 hours, but then the order was canceled. Next time don't accept order if you can't make it
