  Mixed experience today. One staff member was friendly, but the other—a young man with longish black hair—lacked basic customer service skills. His attitude was disinterested and slightly patronising. Simply saying 'madam' doesn't make up for a lack of genuine politeness. In a small community like ours, word of mouth and a welcoming atmosphere are everything! I would suggest further customer service training to ensure all staff understand how to engage with customers more effectively.

  It was ok but parking is always a pain in rear. The teller was outside chatting when we were ready so we had to chase her up. But its probably the closest place to get a majority of food stuff.

  Management served me as i Payed for my shopping, didn't have the right 👉 money 💷 at the time. Then when management did give me my money 💷 out of till it was wrong. Took it up with them by telling them I've been short changed, they even denied it until i showed them my receipt.. "Co-op if you try cheating your customers out of their money 💷 back you owe them back, "then Co-op shouldn't even be in business".
