  I went with my family to Wagamama's in Bracknell on Saturday at lunchtime, and I had to write this review. Staff were amazing, and at one point a manager crossed the whole restaurant to get to our table because they noticed I was trying to get someone's attention on the waiter/waitress team. Gluten free is taken seriously here, the drinks are great (especially the juices), and the food first class. Thanks for a lovely lunch Wagamama's Bracknell Team! :-)

  The reception we received from the manager, Julia, was terrible; she did not welcome us. She spoke to me in a loud voice, telling me to wait and follow her to the table, using a rude and inappropriate tone with customers. My family and I were taken aback and considered leaving, but since my daughter wanted to have her favorite dish, we ended up staying—though we were far from happy. I asked the waiter to tell the manager to come over so I could speak with her, but Julia did not come to our table; instead, she sent another manager. I spoke to him about her poor treatment of us upon our arrival, and he apologized on her behalf. Unfortunately, she is unfit to be a manager—or even a server. I will not return, and I do not recommend this place.

  We've been to this restaurant a couple times in the past, but today we were here for Father's Day and the food was delicious. Our server Bella was so sweet and help and made our experience. We will definitely be coming back!

  It would of been a 5 star review untill we found a hair in one of the main dishes 🤮 totally put us off eating here now . Was looking forward to a dessert but sadly did not get that far 😭
