- ARAida RusuOct 5, 20261.0Although there were only a couple of other tables occupied, it took ages for us to have our order taken. Then stuff from the menu was not available and the whole service was very slow and unfriendly.
- DDDhananjayOct 3, 20262.0Very poor service, slow and staff have an attitude about it.
- LMLiam MaskellSep 20, 20265.0Excellent service from Marlena and all the staff. Food was quick considering how busy it was!
- BBBrendon BuxtonAug 31, 20261.0Pretty regular Wagamama diner. This one was appalling. Service was extremely slow, accompanied by people that were clearly miserable. I know the score at waga, but the timing between food deliveries was truly awful. My son had finished him main before my starter arrived. We purposely ordered the mains 5 mins after the starters to try and prevent this. If you fancy Waga, go to Reading.
- TCTyler CoventryAug 31, 20265.0Ezekiel and Evelyn were very friendly and gave excellent customer service, the food was quick to arrive. 10/10 experience
