This is my local tescos in town, im absolutely appalled by the rude, disgusting behaviour displayed by the young blond woman with piercing, i witnessed her being rude to a customer, just now 19th aug 2026 at 17:10pm, the customer went and stood in line unaware that she was already in it because her back turned to the till, then i overheard her say loudly "its not like i wasnt in line" and the customer appologised and then i heard her say "have a shit day" to the customer as they left, this is vile behaviour especially from someone who is apprently a manager, iv already seen multiple complaints about this same rude woman and have now witnissed her being vile and *SWEARING* at a customer, disgusting, she should not be allowed to keep her job if thats the reputation she is giving the store and also because no one has the right to be rude unneccassarily and then to tell a customer to have a *shit* day. She needs to be fired tbh.

I am disappointed with the service I have repeatedly experienced from a member of staff at this Tesco store. The lanky blonde woman with facial piercings has been consistently rude and dismissive during my visits. On more than one occasion, I have heard her refuse to go onto the tills, stating that it "isn't my job," 🤦‍♂️ even when queues were building and customers were waiting. I have also witnessed behaviour from this employee that I found deeply inappropriate and offensive towards members of the public. I believe Tesco should look into these incidents, as they do not reflect the level of customer service and respect I would expect from your staff. I hope management investigates these concerns and takes appropriate action to ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

It hasn’t been the 1st time i visited this Tesco. However, for the 1st time ever I felt extremely uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. There was a blond girl with lots of piercing on her face, all i wanted to do was pay and leave and I had two items to pay for. I was paying with cash so i couldn’t use the self checkout. She didn’t say hello or anything, i had to show my clubcard she was not bothered to ask for it. She threw the remaining change in my hand and no communication at all. Absolutely rude!! Unacceptable behaviour!! She might be having a bad day but do not ruin your customers day. The worst experience ever in this store.

The blonde manager at the store is terribly racially abusive to black customers who come inside of the store. Nothing seems to be done about it either despite numerous complains
