  I collected my order from Papa John's and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and courteous, and my pizza was ready on time. The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious with plenty of toppings. The collection process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, excellent service and great quality food. I will definitely be coming back again.

  Bracknell branch- If you order late night, good luck with your order, they are happy to take your money but not deliver and no one attends to calla either. Stay away

  Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The delivery guy seemed to be running the shop and I witnessed behaviour that raised serious hygiene concerns around food handling. Absolutely disgusting experience. Avoid this branch at all costs.

  After JustEat's website failed to handle the discounts they promised, and struggled to identify my address, I ordered directly from Papa John's online. They delivered exactly what was ordered, 3 minutes ahead of the time requested. I received a confirmation phone call as delivery was in progress, which was very reassuring. The delivery guy was professional and courteous. This was a birthday celebration with specific dietary requirements - but I cannot fault the product, service or delivery. Top marks

  Ordered Papa John's from the minute they opened in Bracknell, pizzas always arrive piping hot and looked delicious. Sadly delivery time is far too long and has been like this for the last 18 months on average 45 to 60 minutes and I only live 10 mins away from the store. The range of drinks need to be improved, as very limited and would like to see more exotic flavours of drinks and milkshakes. Haven't ordered in a while due to my last pizza arriving tasteless, my concern is the ingredients have been changed and these days unable to risk wasting money again. I'll give you another chance in the near future.
