Honestly, the amount of times Five Guys Bracknell gets my order wrong is ridiculous. It’s happened so many times now that I’m starting to wonder if the staff do it as some kind of game just to annoy customers. I understand that mistakes happen, especially when it’s busy, but when it happens over and over again, it stops feeling like a genuine mistake. Items are missing, things are wrong, or the order just isn’t what was actually asked for. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering how expensive Five Guys is. You’d expect your order to at least be correct. I really think the management at this branch needs to look into what’s going on because the level of carelessness is honestly beyond a joke at this point.

One of the best burger places! The fries are absolutely amazing, probably my favourite 😋 and the burgers are always delicious. Simple, tasty and satisfying every time. Definitely one of the best burgers ever! 🍔🍟
