  Lady was rude on the drive thru and it’s very unwelcoming. Clearly doesn’t want to work for Burger King. This happened today ; 18:30 25/05/2026.

  Where does one even start to begin in explaining how pleasant and enjoyable mine and my friend’s experience was in Burger King Eastgate. Upon arriving to the establishment we were met with luscious greenery and grand architecture, the drive through entrance was well kept and a delight to the eyes, supporting two lanes of traffic one for parking and the other for the drive through. The order screens were clean and hygienic along with the kitchen area. Service was swift and undertaken with a smile and sense of commitment to customer satisfaction. The seating area was clean and polished, seating choice was bountiful and diverse, family seating tables, couples tables and bar style tables which looked upon the greenery aforementioned. Overall this was an amazing experience and I commend this Burger Kingunreservedly.

  Payed 40 quid for 3 burgers bacon cheesy loaded fries 1 regular fries 2 drinks a Sunday 1 didnt even get my bacon cheesy loaded fries and they gave me small fries Tried to call them and they said they dont accept phone calls I will not going back to this place its actually disgusting especially the site tissues and cups every food all over the floor its vile do not eat hear

  AVOID AVOID AVOID! Food posed a health risk. Burgers were colder than room temperature on arrival and order was missing all the fries. Spent nearly £30 got £6 refund. Absolutely disgusting service! Chicken nuggets served at 18c is not acceptable…..
