Had the rump steak. Server asked how we wanted it cooking. We both asked for it medium. Unfortunately it came very well done. Not medium-well. But completely cooked through and dried out. Disappointing.

Extremely busy, difficult to get a seat, tables not cleared with dirty plates and cutlery.

Went here for a Sunday roast, and everything was lovely. We both had a roast each, and shared a cauliflower cheese, followed by a caramel apple betty each. The member of staff who sat us and tended to us during our meal was fab and even recommended the pudding. A great choice. Stuffed! 😋 Definitely be back!

Booked for 4 people on a Sunday after a heavy night in Blackpool. Booked table for 2 o'clock but got there an hour early & they were really quiet so we were seated straight away. 3 of us fancied a Sunday dinner, it said on the website price was £10.99 but it was actually £11.99, but still a reasonable price compared to other places. When the food arrived, one person in our group ordered the cowboy burger & he said it was alright. Unfortunately the Sunday dinner was a bit basic, seemed like all ingredients were frozen & definitely not fresh, not much gravy & could have brought extra in a jug (you could order more gravy and vegetables but for extra money). What was on the plate we ate because we were hungry, but had better elsewhere back home in Leeds. Service was good. Atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet & subdued.
