  Great customer services by Danny really enjoyed the food and didn’t have to wait long for it either I would definitely come back again and 100% recommend

  The food from here is often very nice and I wouldn’t always rate it 1* but I will on this occasion. But today we ordered and the state of my son’s cheese burger was totally unacceptable. It was burnt to the crisp, he took a bite and spat it straight out. Now he doesn’t get to enjoy a nice meal with us all. To top it off our meals were cold. Poor experience

  Staff so rude as all young kids 😒 so dirty and ppl actually have it delivered from there omg they need to go take a look where there food is coming from bins all over flowing about 4 tablets and seats all sticky first time going in there even tho we go to blackpool every yr. Food destusting cold not fizzy drink

  i love a classic burger king and always have, and because i was in blackpool for the day, we decided to have one. coming up the escalator i was immediately greeted by this vile stench, that almost felt like an infested air. i could feel bacteria coming down my throat, it felt disgusting. everything was unclean. it was so dirty, i had to get my mum to tap the screen to order because i didn't want to get the muck on my fingers. whilst ordering, a foreign man asked for help with ordering on the machines. we helped him, but turns out he wanted to pay with cash so we directed him to the counter and minded our business. after some time, he was still stood at the counter waiting to order and trying to speak, yet all the employees were ignoring him. it was sad for someone on holiday to have this impression of blackpool. my mum ended up having to help him order, and he seemed distressed as he could only speak french. now this isn't burger kings fault, but the employees were being so impatient with him and was ignoring him until someone pointed it out (my mum). he ended up getting his food and we went out to eat somewhere else as we couldn't stand how disgusting it was. i had a hamburger with added bacon, and when i say it was bad, i mean BAD. it literally tasted like full silicone, and i ended up not eating it. on the side i had some onion rings which were normal as always, but then i tried my diet coke. i know what diet coke tastes like, i mean i have it almost daily, and that was not diet coke. it tasted like soap. on the good side, my mum is a vegetarian and she had the vegan whopper which she really enjoyed! i will not be coming here again.
