  minging all food was cold, kids screaming, rubbish everywhere, toilets not clean. need i say more?

  Absolutely horrible atmosphere, toilets were disgusting like sick all around a toilet bowl leaving a horrible stench. Staff were extremely cheeky couldnt even put a lid on your drink for you🤣I understand if they were busy but the two of them were just stood! I read the name tag as Adam and did not see the coloured women’s name!(No hate just specifying) The next thing I noticed was no one of the staff majority dealing with food! They’re hair was not up, OK some had there had their hair tied but but absolutely no hair het nets and some had their hair hanging down not tied properly, ad someone who works in a kitchen I find this extremely unhygienic and quite frankly I did not enjoy my food as these things worry about me. I understand it was a bank holiday but quite frankly this is no excuse for a lack of customer service. Although one employee stood out from the rest (not very hard to)was Kary whom was working front till. He always had a smile and as they say service with a smile is best!! So Kary keep being you, you stood out and that’s what matter stay smiley😀😀
