  Waited over 40 mins for food this is outrageous. When we told the staff they turned around and said NO ONE WILL BELIEVE YOU. What on earth is that meant to mean we only said can you find out where out order is… the worst Wingstop by a mike wont return and recommend anyone reading Dont Waste your time

  Absolutely disgraceful we been in today for a few box meals when we got home we found that there was a tender and a chicken wing both mixed my 4 year old bit in to it and hurt her tooth and jaw… i have got the picture and the food i will be taking this further as this is unacceptable. We live Manchester so couldnt drive back. Anyone reading this DO NOT VISIT

  Absolutely brilliant experience at Wingstop Bolton! The food was spot on — fresh, hot, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The wings were amazing and easily some of the best we’ve had. What made the visit even better was the fantastic service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Great food, great atmosphere and top-class customer service. Wingstop Bolton absolutely smashed it! 🔥🍗💯 We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 👌

  I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wingstop, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I was served by Syeda, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my visit. Syeda provided spot-on recommendations, perfectly guiding me towards the right flavour profile for my meal, proving to be a great asset to this establishment. I opted for the mango habanero chicken wings, and every bite was indulgent. The wings were coated in a hot, saucy glaze that balanced sweetness with a delightful fiery kick. The contrast of the juicy chicken with the sweet heat of the sauce made the experience truly memorable and satisfying. The highlight of the visit was the outstanding customer service I received from Syeda. Her friendly and professional approach made me feel well looked after, and I will definitely be returning to Wingstop with my family soon. 💯🙌🏽

  First of all the place was filthy tables not clean food all on the floor. Went to order and the women at the counter was rude and unpleasant, not welcoming whatsoever. It then took more than 30 minutes to receive our food which we then found a hair in our chips. Upon eating our food it was cold and definitely not piping hot. The staff are miserable and certainly unwelcoming. They definitely do not follow hygiene requirements like a hair net: I honestly felt sick to my stomach when I found a hair in my food. Do not recommend this Wingstop whatsoever!!!
