  Staff are great, always very busy and you can see they are rushed off their feet but they still provide good service, I went in today with my 4 children, the lady on the till informed me about the free kids meals and that if I get something else all the children’s meals would be free. It’s nice to see friendly staff, a few other cafes I’ve attended there’s no staff greeting or any sort of service other than here’s your food

  Always been a big fan of Tesco. Lovely store in Chorley, always well stocked & laid out well. Produce is fresh & inviting. Clubcard prices are a must. Sometimes 'have to' go to Asda....nah.....not even close. That said if you want the best 'Tesco store experience' get yourself off to Middlebrook....now that is a store. They may both be 'Extras' but Middlebrook is 'Super Extra'.

  I took my daughter to the Max Speilman store in Horwich today to have professional photos taken. I found out about their Summer Smiles event on Instagram and thought that it was an excellent way to have affordable photos taken. When we arrived we were served by Justyna. Justyna was so amazing 👏 she got the best pictures of my little one and she made us both feel very comfortable. The best part was that I didn't feel rushed at all. I purchased 15 pictures on a pen-drive alongside 3 8x6 pictures for family. They were all an excellent price. Thank you Max Spielman for throwing this event for families this summer and thank you Justyna for the excellent customer service 😊

  This is just a request. We like the Schweppes Lemonade (not slimline) but it is located right on the top shelf in the aisle. As I am only 5ft it is very hard to reach. Today for instance when trying to reach it, I grabbed it, held it in one hand to try and get it into my basket. Unfortunately it has resulted in terrible pain in my arm and down and side and back. I have currently taken some pain killers, but I already have osteo arthritis in my shoulders and have now twisted it trying to reach and put it into the trolley. Can I please ask that you put some bottle much lower down for the elderly and small people. It would be appreciated.Thank you.
