  Went to the drive through was spoke to for over ten mins after paying loads of staff talking about what shifts there doing over the next few days when I got my food and drink hit drink was cold hash brown cold and full of oil sandwich was hot poor effort

  Ordered a bacon and cheese MCcrispy the burger didnt arrive with the rest of the food and I had to go get it, once I got the burger there's was no cheese or bacon, I also ordered a Mcspicy and was given someone's delivery order that was the same but no toppings or sauce and had to show the manager, I've never seen such lazy workers and it seemed like only who I can guess was the manager (via white shirt) actually was awake as he was more help than the people payed to make the orders correctly and supply up to standards service

  McDonald’s on Manchester Road in Bolton is a fairly large restaurant, it’s set over two floors with lift access, has a drive-thru, ample parking, and 24-7 opening. It opened here in 2021, yet still looks and feels pretty new. The interior is modern and attractive and features wireless phone charging. One thing which impressed me was how clean the interior was; it was immaculate, which you don’t often find in a McDonald’s. The restaurant was well-staffed, there was someone actively cleaning, and the staff member who brought my food to the counter was friendly and polite. I like how they actually offer the sauces at no extra cost here; it feels more and more McDonald’s are charging for them now, and I do feel at least one or two should be included with the meal. I do feel my food could have been put together a lot better, both slices of cheese were stuck to the packaging, one was on the lid of the cardboard box, and the other was stuck to the bottom, so I had to scrape both of them off, I feel using better packaging as well as taking a slight extra care when putting food together would go a long way. It was served hot, including the fries, and my Quarter Pounder with Cheese still tasted okay, but I’ve had better. Many positives for sure with the overall service and cleanliness, although the food could be slightly better to meet standards.
