- CMChloe MarieJul 30, 20261.0The lad needs to learn manners! I'm deeply upset and made me feel less of a person on the treatment off one of your staff members. This incident happened today at 17:00 at Highfield Co-op. I needed cream so I wanted to ask a co-op staff member and luckily one was approaching me so I said "excuse me, do you have any cream? "(Now there are better ways to approach this) The staff member said "I'm not working right now, I've finished" as he used a dismissive "shooing" hand gesture, which i found deeply disrespectful and unprofessional. "I was ready to purchase my chicken and maybe the cream, but your staff member's dismissive shooing gesture caused me to leave my items and walk out."

- BDBy George England DennisJul 13, 20261.0Absolute opposite to what the cooperative move is about, the problem is with senior management at head office not interested in the local community, for weeks many of the refrigerators are not working, so NO MILK for several days, then on line delivery takes priority over local shoppers , delivery pickup people get angry and push in front oflocals including pensioners, coop offers not available in the shop for weeks, coop value offers very limited. Security from Mite very rude and park on double yellow lines for hours, this limits those with a disability parking outside. Lots of food thrown away because the buyer for the store does not have a clue on what locals want. Store open until late which attracts antisocial behaviour The only good thing about the shop is the staff who are very helpful well mannered and work hard to try and deliver the best for locals. Its only time before this shop will be gone as it has forgotten its principles, more of a capitalist organisation now.
