  Placed an order & was contacted an hr later to say delivery was delayed due to car issues, finally delivered another 45 mins later, pizza was disgusting, it was cold so this food with meat on had been sat on the counter waiting to be delivered! I had called the shop & was assured a fresh one would be made before delivery, this was not a fresh one as it is a 2 min car ride to my house & it wasn't just cool, it was cold when arrived, tried to call back several times & what a surprise my calls were unanswered! Didn't eat the food as could have caused food poisoning being sat out that long, disgusting for how much it costs that a fresh one wasn't made AND the fact I was lied to!

  Customer service is disgusting, heaven forbid they forget to send you part of your order or the driver looses it and all you do is give them a call to politely ask where it is to be told I will speak to my driver and get back to you .. Fine absolutely fine 5 minutes pass rest of the foods here going cold so I call again to be told I’m checking my cameras etc ( basically calling me a liar ) when I ask how long for the pizza to be re delivered as rest of food still sat here going cold to be told will be sending it in 5 minutes. Okay I live 2 minutes away so I should have it within ten minutes yes? Wrong he said no I can’t promise that to which I told him you just did and to check your call recording and the rest of the foods going to be going cold he became very argumentative with me then nearly cried when I gave him some back .. still awaiting the delivery Will update and post reviews on every account and raise with the head office

  Been ordering pizzas from Domino's for years but the closest shop was around 15 min away. i'm glad they opened this so we can have our pizzas red hot :) The quality is always been great. Friendly staff too.
