Placed an order & was contacted an hr later to say delivery was delayed due to car issues, finally delivered another 45 mins later, pizza was disgusting, it was cold so this food with meat on had been sat on the counter waiting to be delivered! I had called the shop & was assured a fresh one would be made before delivery, this was not a fresh one as it is a 2 min car ride to my house & it wasn't just cool, it was cold when arrived, tried to call back several times & what a surprise my calls were unanswered! Didn't eat the food as could have caused food poisoning being sat out that long, disgusting for how much it costs that a fresh one wasn't made AND the fact I was lied to!

SUPERB!!, from staff, to service to food. We ordered a very large order for work, the staff took their time, friendly and professional in getting it right, they numbered all the boxes so everyone knew what they were having, delivery was bang on time and the food was delicious. We will be ordering for the staff again. THANK YOU

Absolutely diabolical service. We ordered food and a garlic bread part of a meal deal was forgotten in the delivery. We called and was told it would be straight out 1 hour later still nothing had arrived so called back and we had been forgotten again. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

Everything was excellent. The only problem is when people come for collection the staff are checking the pizzas with the receipts and lifting the lids which makes the pizzas go cold ,why don't they write the name of the person and the pizza on the box to save this happening.
