- MSMaroof SaniJun 29, 20261.0I stood at the till for 2–3 minutes while paying for my shopping. As I was leaving, the security guard stopped me and claimed he had seen me walk straight past the tills without paying. I even told him the exact till number I had used. It was clear he wasn't paying proper attention to the tills, and the accusation made me feel very uncomfortable. It was unnecessary and embarrassing. Staff, especially security, need to be more vigilant and ensure they're certain before accusing paying customers of shoplifting. Extremely disappointed.
