My criticism is that the Portslade Tesco seems to think that it is absolutely fine to allow either isolated and/or groups of drug addicts and chronic alcohol drinkers to sit on the wall directly outside of the entrance to the store. Many of these people sit begging for hours and make the entire environment seem utterly seedy. In fact, I've just walked by the store and there were 3 individuals sitting on the wall drinking alcohol and one sitting on the floor begging for money. The lack of action from Portslade Tesco simply normalises this kind of behaviour and I'm sure it puts people off of entering the store.

I went to the Customer Services desk today to ask if they had any forks for the Meal Deal Tuna Pasta. The woman at the counter was extremely unhelpful and very rude. I then put the pasta back & bought a sandwich instead. I then went to the self service till and before i reached the till which is usually Cash/Card the assistant barked at me have you got a card ? I then had to rejoin the queue as i was paying by cash. Absolutely appalling experience.
