  Faulty scales on self service checkout - Don't mind usually as staff in other stores are quick to come over and fix it for you. What I didn't appreciate was the security guard accusing me of not scanning everything before looking at the screen. I wouldn't normally leave a bad review but if you're in a customer facing job manners cost nothing.

  My Favourite store. The store is very neat, clean, and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. The staff are friendly, kind, and always willing to help whenever needed. It’s easy to find everything, and the shelves are well organized. Overall, it’s a reliable and welcoming place to shop. Highly recommended!

  No way to get bags for self checkout unless you queue for regular checkout, beyond stupid

  I understand they're a relatively new store but its run so badly. There only ever seems to be maybe 1 or 2 members on staff on the shop floor which are no where to be seen as they are having to do jobs at the back of the store so they are nowhere near the tills. On a few occasions there's actually no one on the shop floor at all. This is all during peak times in the morning whilst everyone is on there way to work, so you'll be waiting endlessly at a checkout for someone to approve an item, paying cash or require anything from behind the till.
